Want to place bets on any of these Lions odds? The best Michigan sportsbooks offer bettors all of these markets but with varying odds, which means there is value in shopping around, so we recommend checking a few betting apps before placing a bet on the Lions this year.

Lions Playoff Chances: 22.2% Implied Probability

The Detroit Lions have not made the playoffs since the 2016 season and their chances of doing so during the 2022 season are pretty low. According to BetMGM Michigan Sportsbook, the Lions playoff chances are 22.2%. Detroit's +350 odds to make the playoffs place them among the lowest in the NFC.

The Lions have slipped to +900 to win the NFC North through three weeks, putting them ahead of Chicago (+1600), but behind Green Bay (-115) and Minnesota (+160).

Week 4 Matchup: Lions vs. Seahawks

Despite Sunday's disappointing loss, Detroit finds itself as a favorite for the second time this season when it plays host to Seattle on Sunday.

Although just 1-2, the Lions are 3-0 against the spread. Against Seattle, Detroit opens as 6.5-point favorites with an over/under of 49.5 total points.

Seattle is also 1-2 after its 27-23 home loss to Atlanta on Sunday. The Seahawks' new quarterback Geno Smith threw for 325 yards and two touchdowns. But like the Lions, Seattle couldn't hold onto a late lead, as the Falcons' Marcus Mariota found Drake London for a 14-yard touchdown with 35 seconds left in the game.

Atlanta's Cordarrelle Patterson rushed for 141 yards and a touchdown in the victory.
